The aim of this program is to empower women to achieve lasting intimate fitness. Therefore, this course is designed to teach you how to train, protect, and heal the pelvic floor.

  • Prevent birthing injuries
  • Reverse pelvic floor weakness associated problems, e.g., urine leakage, frequent/urgent need to use the bathroom, difficulty controlling wind/diarrhoea, mild/moderate prolapse, weakness following surgery/childbirth, lack of sexual sensation and haemorrhoids.
  • Improve overall pelvic floor health, fertility, and stabilise serious pelvic floor problems (e.g., severe prolapse).
